Hoodland Residents Wildfire Workshop Saturday November 2nd 9:00AM to Noon at the Welches Middle School – Emergency preparedness is important for all situations that we may encounter! Last year the ice storm and power outage was a wake up call! Come meet your neighbors and get prepared, stay safe! Whether you own a home or a business, rent a home or apartment or visit family here frequently in the Summer. There’s something to be learned in this workshop. This workshop is a half day and the time will likely fly by. You will talk with experts in Wildfire preparation, Evacuation Planning, and Insurance Education and Assistance from the State of Oregon.
